What will YOU learn?
Education will be provided by Aimee Flynn, Malachi Lewis and Traci Edwards.
Why do you want to learn from us???
All three of us have been full-time adventure elopement photographers for a total of 15 years. We survived Covid, we have flourished in the lulls that came after the elopement boom after covid and we built our own sustainable brands bringing in 6 figures into our businesses.
We know that a lot of workshops you may attend, but not learn anything YOU needed to learn. Or you may have left without a clear action plan of what to do next in your business to reach your next success or even to get started.
That is not how we do things.
We teach our small break out classes specific to what you are struggling with and want to learn about. Education is fully tailored to our attendees based on a business review questionnaire we send once you have booked your ticket.
Aimée is an elopement photographer based out of Flagstaff- but splits her time between Arizona and Utah (among other amazing places in the west!) In the fall of 2019 she dove into her photography business with elopements as her niche- and has never looked back. Recently, Aimee has been named Range Finders Top 30 Rising Stars in the wedding industry and won awards by June Bug Weddings. Before Aimée was an elopement photographer she was a therapist for 10 years. The skills she learned as a therapist have been key in being a successful business owner and keeping (and prioritizing!) and she will be offering education on time management, mindset, self care and more.
Traci and her husband Bill are an elopement photography team based in Washington. She started her business in 2018 after working with the official PGA photographer. After growing a six figure business and starting to get her ideal couples she learned quickly the key to a successful long term business in this industry is creating a top notch client experience resulting in 5 star reviews and referrals. Now Adventure and Vow has 160+ 5 star Google Reviews which helps them gain the trust of future couples. She also has been named Range Finder Rising star and won several other awards. She will be teaching on marketing, brand, client experience and gallery reviews.
Malachi is an adventurous elopement photographer based in WA state, but started his business in Colorado. He has moved states twice in the last year without effecting his business through use of SEO. Malachi enjoys working in various states and spends most of his year living on the road in his truck in various mountain destinations. He was able to scale his business by using various SEO methods to bring in leads and build authority locally and in destinations. Currently, Malachi is ranking on page 1 for over 400+ keywords!!!! He will be teaching basic SEO to advanced SEO along with ideas and practices for organizing web content along with website reviews.

Workshop Game Plan
November 6th:
- Check into beautiful, spacious Airbnb stay at 5:30pm
- Optional welcome dinner, meet and greet
November 7th:
- Morning + early afternoon education
- Half Day elopement styled shoot + star photos
- All meals this day included in your ticket costs
November 8th:
- Sunrise half day styled shoot
- Education and open Q+A
- Optional Dinner
November 9th:
- Sunrise mini styled-shoot :)
- Check out by 9:30am
BONUS OPTIONAL DAYS
Want to keep hanging out? Exploring Page?
Join Traci + Bill for boondock camping in the Lee’s Ferry area for hiking, camping and off roading to beautiful places. This would take place the the 9th until mid day on the 10th. Recommended that you have access to an off road car, but not required. Bonus-styled shoot likely to occur, depending if folks coming to the additional day want the extra content!!!

Tickets!
There is only room for 10 attendees at this workshop. We like to keep our workshops small so you get the most out of the education and styled shoots. There is only **1 ticket** remaining!
Tickets to attend this workshop will be $2,800.
Your ticket includes :
- Your stay (spacious beautiful home)
- All breakfast + lunches
- One Dinner
- Education
- Two half-day adventure elopement Styled Shoots complete with vendors, activities and attire
- Access to our Facebook Community and 1 mini styled shoot
- Access to Google Drive with education before, during and after the workshop
- Headshots for your website + social media captured by instructors
- Additional camping day hangout with planned adventures, campfire provided, and possible additional styled shoot
Not included are flights, rental car, or meals out to restaurants. We do encourage attendees to carpool and travel together which can set up from connecting in our Facebook group. You can fly into: Phoenix, Flagstaff or Las Vegas.
To purchase a ticket you fill out the form on our site and then Traci will email you (from traci@adventureandvow.com) the contract and invoice. Once you have signed and paid your seat will be reserved! We hold your ticket for up to 24 hours after the contract has been sent, if it is not signed within 24 hours your ticket is released.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can not attend the workshop anymore after purchasing you can sell it to another photographer and they can take your place at the workshop. Please just communicate this with us beforehand and connect us to the new attendee!
The Stay
Everyone will be staying at the same Airbnb, this way community can be built. Did you know Aimee, Malachi and Traci all became best friends from a workshop? The value of building community for yourself in the industry is priceless.
You will be sharing a room likely with one or a couple other attendees. The home is spacious with indoor and outdoor space to relax and enjoy your stay.
The Styled Shoots
You may be thinking….oh great so the styled shoot will be at the very busy Horseshoe Bend???
No.
We know YOU want more than that – we got you. The three of us LOVE Page and know it very well. We will taking you to locations we have scouted out that are epically stunning and scream adventure elopement. Some of these locations may have been sitting on your bucket list for years and we will take you there! Other locations are ones we know from scouting the area for the last 4-5 years.
Remember, what we said? This is not a workshop, this is YOUR workshop. Styled shoots will be planned after we evaluate the onboarding questionnaires from attendees to make sure we build out styled shoots that are of the best value they can be to who is attending.

FAQ
Who can attend the workshop??
Anyone looking to be an elopement photographer (or videographer) or anyone that is an elopement photographer already that wants to learn more and build community! Gals or guys are welcome. Yes, it is also okay if you are fairly new to photography in general we will be teaching at all skill levels.
How do I get to Page, Arizona?
You can get to Page by flying into Vegas, NV or into Phoenix, AZ. A closer flight option would be Flagstaff, AZ, but the airport is quite small so those flights would be more expensive. You will need to rent a car to get to Page, however, you can try to link up car pools in our Facebook group prior.
Are you selling any couples tickets this year?
We do not have set couple’s tickets this year. However, if you and a friend or partner want to attend the workshop together and share a bed for a discounted rate we are happy to discuss the option. Please just email Traci directly at traci@adventureandvow.com. Per usual, we do not allow people to attend the workshop and not stay at the group stay.
